After more than 25 years in sales and business development, I saw one big problem over and over again: people had leads… but they didn’t know how to turn those leads into conversations, appointments or clients. 

That’s how Rookie to Rainmaker was born. 

We work with individuals and businesses to set more appointments, get more deals signed and turn more leads into customers without sales tactics or scripts.

Owner & CEO
Andrea is a seasoned entrepreneur and the Owner & CEO of Rookie to Rainmaker, a company that specializes in accelerated lead generation, conversion and communication skills. With over 23 years of experience in lead generation and critical conversation improvement, Andrea has become an expert in the field. Over the decade, she has specifically focused on the real estate industry and has helped numerous clients to attract new customers and improve their sales conversions.

More recently, Andrea has expanded the reach of her company beyond real estate, working with clients and organizations in various industries to have more impactful conversations, attract new customers, get more from their existing customers and leverage the data in their customer databases.

In the last year, she has partnered with Phil M. Jones to become an Exactly What to Say® Certified Guide and this has enabled her to reach hundreds of businesses in need of having more impactful conversations via a variety of different platforms.

Andrea is incredibly passionate about lead generation and is constantly exploring new and innovative ways to generate leads for her clients. She firmly believes that there are over 100 ways to generate leads and that the phone is just one of many tools at our disposal. Her expertise in the field has made her a sought-after speaker and consultant, and she is dedicated to helping businesses of all sizes to achieve their sales goals.

Christopher Holleran

Director of Training

Chris specializes in consulting and teaching the most effective strategies of lead generation and lead follow up. This includes scripting, objection handling, plans to follow up as well as identifying the personalities of potential leads and how to win with them.

He has years of experience working with hundreds of individuals, from teaching large groups to a one on one personalized attention.
